E4OD, Lock Up Switch

My buddy wants to lock his convertor manually, can you guys tell me how, I know you need a switch, ground and resistor. What about the wire on the harness for the tranny, which one do we splice into? At least this is how I did it on my cummins........ somebody point me in the right direction please.
