need a little more towing power
i have a 88 crew cab i dropped a 98 e series in it. the truck needs a little more power for me and was wondering what would be a good combo to run. I am going to 4.10 gears going to do the tymar intake add a 6.0 intercooler change the turbo housing to a 1.0 and a custom chip the truck has split shot injectors right now. I am running a california pcm. i built the wiring for this truck it has a late model front but the rest is 88. i have done some mods a good down pipe and i ported the manifolds to the heads and got rid of the tator valve. and welded the pedestal .does anyone have any suggestions and is this a good combo. and horsepower est. and any good intercooler install pics thanks

i was thinking tony wildman i have heard some good things on his chips. i already have my intercooler. is the idm mod worth it? i have a few collecting dust a 110 and a 100. i was also thinking a about the diy injectors but may hold off a year or so and do a turbo and 160 cc the truck is pretty nice got a bout 3,000 in it and a rebuilt powerstroke and all the parts thanks

Tony would be my first choice. The IDM mod IMHO is worth it, especially if you have a spare.
Got any pics of the truck and build.

all my pics are on my old computer and it took a dump on me. i think i can find a few the truck has been put through the ringer by me. i cannot belive i rebuilt it and it has lived this long it had 454,000 before rebuild 150,000 right now. is the idm mod something i can do myself

i actually called swamp and was going to send 2 for 1 i have 3 so that wouldnt be to bad with the mods what kind of horse power are we looking at. i have a dyno i can use for free a few time was just curious
