Turbo problems/questions/swap

I kno it's posible to put a 6.0 turbo on my truck. Well I'm pretty sure my turbo is bout to take a **** on me, well I found a turbo off a 05 (???) 6.0 turbo for like 400 bucks and I'm pretty sure I'm gonna do it... But how hard is this? Use either pedistool? How long to do it ? And what all will I need.

This ain't somethan I'm just thinkin bout I'm pretty dang serious bout this

I think someone on PSN has done it, I have seen the video. IMO if you go through the hassle to put in a 6oh turbo, put in an '03

I have the vid if you want it.

I know the Ped fab was pretty intense but the real work is building a stand alone controler for the VGT.
