Farmboy exhaust is now.....

installed. I got the box today at 1100am and by 3pm I was whistling down the road. Went together real easy. Upon opening the box and laying out the pieces I went to work removing the old. One injury but a good one. I was cutting the exhaust out with a short sawzall blade and the blade hit the back of the pipe and bounced out and before I got the saw away from me the blade poked a nice hole in my nipple. A little down time to wipe the blood away and drive to the hardware store for a longer blade and the rest went well. My dad stopped by after I had everything fitted and helped with the final tightening. The 3' DP was fairly easy to fit up and I will say that after reading other post I dreaded the dp install but will say it was no big deal. If your thinking about installing a dp get busy its not that bad.
The truck seems to run easier and better. Nice product.

If you are referring to the Diamond Eye post then we were installing 4" dp's instead of 3". Could be why it was easier. Congrats on your new exhaust and the DIY nipple piercing. Next time I would go to piercing shop though. A lot less chance of infection.

Lol that reminds me of when I was brazing with a torch. I wasn't paying attention when I went to set the brazing rod down and stuck myself with the hot brazing rod just a little to the right of my left nipple. It seems like no matter how hard we try to work on our trucks without injury, it just seems to happen

I told a couple of coworkers about the incident and now everytime they see me they ask 'hows my nipple doing'. The looks of others who hear the inquiry are funny. No pain No gain.
