Hit the track!

Well I went to the 1/4 to see what she'll do.

On the first pass I staged in the left lane. Couldn't watch my boost while staging very well so I lanunched so so. Not to hard but solid. Wasn't going to run the nitrous on that run but forgot I left the switch on. When it hit it caught me off guard and I backed out a little then got back in it. Clicked off a 12.683@105.65. It was 8.03@83.79 in the 1/8th.

On the 2nd run I staged in the right lane so I could watch my boost gauge and lanuched a lot harder. The truck kind of hopped a little and took off. 60' actually ended up being .157 slower at 1.981. Ran 8.225@87.00 in the 1/8 and only 12.824@104.82 in the 1/4.

I wasn't watching my gauges so I'm not sure why it fell off on the big end especially being I was over 3 mph faster in the 1/8 but slower in the 1/4. Not sure if fuel pressure fell off or something or what.

Staged for the 3rd run in the right lane. Got a decent launch. Nitrous kicked in and BOOOOM!!! I pulled to the side of the track looking for a driveline hanging or something. Couldn't see anything. The track officials got to me and told me to back up and they'll watch underneith. No problems. They said to just pull it off the track. Put it in gear and no forward motion in any gear.

Called Brian at BTS and it sounds like he's going to take care of it.

I was pretty excited after the first run being I lifted for a split second and still clicked off a 12.6 Figured it'd have at least a 12.2 or 12.3 in it. Then I didn't get the chance to really find out. Oh well I guess there is always next year!

Thanks guys. Not sure what it weighs in the current trim. I put the spare tire back on it and stuff awhile back. I would say maybe 7100-7200ish but not sure.
