custom chip with lope tune

I wanted to do stage 1's then get a custom tuned chip shortly after. I was gonna go wildman, but he doesnt have a Lope tune.

I thought it would be sick to have a lopey idle, especially with my 5 speed truck. so, can he do custom tunes, or do I have to find someone else to make my chip?

also do those tunes actually add good power, or do they sound cool at idle? if they could incorporate the lopey idle into like a "extreme" tune, I would run that like all the time
