Electric Fuel Questions???

okay guys ive been looking into converting to electric fuel on my truck and i pretty much have it all figured out except for a couple things.

1. oil pressure switch and inertia switch, ive seen some people use them and some people did not, are they needed?

2. am i going to need a fuel heater? since electric fuel deletes the fuel bowl, i live in PA and it can get pretty cold up here in the winter

3. last question my brother has a airdog 100gph on his cummins and he wants to upgrade. can i use this as the pump and filters along the frame and then just buy a regulator for up top?
