Stock superduty electric fuel pump, wire it in yourself on a 30 amp relay.
Dual filters, water/fuel seperator and a 2 micron. I can get you the pump with the fittings in it you need or $40, the filter heads from napa are 35 each, filters are 15 and 20, and he pushlok is going to be around 100 bucks. You'll need a regulator... try ebay or I can get them for a couple hundred. You'll need associated fittings 100-150 bucks. |

If you're going to do it... do it right the first time and get rid of the POS fuel bowl.

You can do the superduty pump and eliminate the fuel bowl.
You're looking at probably 500 bucks in parts + install. |

Today I got in the SD and I see that I have a 1/4 tank more fuel than yesterday.Tomorrow I'll open the fuel bowel and check the fuil for contaminants.Depending on what I find :it maybe in need of a flush.A good fuel anaylsis would be helpfull. Does anyone know you can analize fuel????????????? All Im saying that corrosion of fuel, contaminants, water, fungi,or rust is flushable. I don't know why my tank is filling up over night.I wish it was diesel. |
