does the motor spin but gears not moving?
if so remove the motor take the plate off the gear housing you can use 3 nylon bushings from hardware store to fix the broken pieces

You can also get the nylon "dogs" from the HELP! section at the auto parts places. Some folks will even use 5/16" nuts for the dogs (I would prefer the dogs to disintegrate than the motor or regulator gears). Cheers!

I just did a motor on the rear passenger door on my crew. I did it the easy way and drilled two holes to get to the two screws you cant see. Easy peasy.
