Post Interior Discussion Noob Questions

Thought that we could use a Noob thread in each section, so that we don't over bomb the general discussion section with motor, interior, exterior small questions and keep that for general discussion. Been searching a lot of posts lately and found many 1-4 reply posts with small questions.

Shift Knob

How does the shift knob come off? Want to move my exhaust brake switch down to my shifter and need to get the knob off to install my bracket.

Any of you guys got the extended cab with the two piece fold down seat? The seam doesn't line up in mine and wondering if any of ya know how to adjust it since mines out of square it seems. The back doesn't latch to the wall either. The trip bar isn't making contact, figure it cause it's.out of adjustment. Lol
