If its a seat only then any cab and bronco will bolt to your existing tracks, but if you need tracks too it will be crew or reg cab only

WHat is wrong with your drivers seat?

BTW a Captains chair was only available in a bronco and super cab and is NOT a 40-20-40

If your drivers side of the 40-20-40(the 40) is soft and showing wear, swap it with the passengers side.
You need to remove the whole seat from the truck(the 40 the 20 and the 40 as one unit).
Then remove both "40" sections.
Then strip both seats of the fabric and foam
Swap them on to the other frame.
You will need to cut little holes for the lumbar controls and trim screws.
there will be holes towards the "inside" but the "20" section hides them

then you will have a like new seat on the drivers side

Looking for Blue 40-20-40 seats. PM me !!!!!!!

I don't know what to tell you. My seats are captain seats and it's called a 40-20-40 meaning there's a middle consule that has a door that opens up on the top. The frame on the seat above the track has a 3" break in it. The back sits at a 30 to 35 degrees recline and is getting worse.

Use a seat from any cab just use the frame and keep your padding/fabric even an explorer seat will bolt up, won't match tho

Brad you could get captains chairs in a reg cab (lightning) and some other models too

Btw a captains chair is described as a single seat with arm rest

So which do you have?

Captains chairs have 2 seats w a center plastic console.

a 40-20-40 is 2 seats(the 40 and 40) with a center flip up seat(the 20)
