Wood stain color

So I have a 1994 F350 Centurion and it has wood grain trim inside. I want to stain it another color and was wanting some input on color choices. I thought about replacing the wood with stock trim but there are some spots where they screwed into the door that will show the holes. So ill just stain it to a different color. What do you think I have the standards greyish blush interior, seats and dash.
Onyx Stain by Minwax

I would take the ashtray (or something else with the same interior color) down to the store and see what wood stain samples look good to you. Note that stains may look different on the chips than they might on your trim if they are different woods. Cheers!
