Gauge question

Does anyone know where I can find replacement gauges for the stock instrument cluster for my 95 F250? The section that has the oil pressure and engine temp gauges is dead, but Ford doesn't seem to carry them. Am I stuck with after market? I've considered the wrecking yard, but I hate buying something only to find out it doesn't work after the fact. Just a little annoying, if you know what I mean.
