Steering wheel radio switches

I found a steering wheel I'm really interested in swapping mine out for. It has radio tuning and volume controls. Anyone know anything about how thia would wire up? I need a new head unit anyway so I'd guess there are units with this capability and you just wire the wheel to the harness?

Any thing i should look for when Shopping

Thanks

The 05-07 wheel works but you will need the clock spring and the harness for radio to integrate

This isn't a "ford" wheel so I'm not sure if it will work or not. May just have to buy it and try

Well you would need to clock spring and associated wiring, and play with it to make it work, especially with cruise and horn functions

I saw this on one of our work trucks. Ive been looking around and found a few variations of it. This one didn't have the radio or cruise but it got the idea in my head.
