I am keeping my Truck I would like a nice Int. like a Lariet maybe, Leather possibly Captain chairs it's a cab and 1/2 any ideas?

Check with a dealer to find out who does their aftermarket leather, and go to them directly. You'd be surprised how affordable the aftermarket leather packages are...

my drivers seat is broke down and what about the center seat console are they all the same

What do you mean by broke down? If the foam padding is just worn out, that can be redone as well, usually by the same shop that would do your leather.

Ford would probably sell you a new carpet set for your floor boards as well.

I had some major work done on my internal body. The Physical Therapist worked with me forever learning a way to get in my truck. I broke the springs down you lean toward the door driving.

A couple issues back in Diesel World was a big red OBS (with 6" cowl hood) I think he had leather seats out of a '02 Dodge Laramie

Look for a salvaged truck to get better seats out of, then find a Katzkin dealer, installer.
