Will seats from an '07 Crew fit an '02 ?

Does any body know if the seats from a 2007 or 2008 crew cab fit straight into a 2002 crew cab and if they don't, is there a lot of modification involved?

as I understand it, all S/D seats and consoles are interchangeable.
you might get a few more answers if you have the MODS move this into the super-duty section vs the OBS area.
