window motor

Anybody know how hard it is to replace the window motor on passenger side door? thanks.

you have to drill holes in the door panel to acess the bolts, but once the dimples are drilled out, its not too tough...

drill holes in the door panel??? why not just take it off and get to the bolts that way????? speaking off window's and such... .... my pass, side window goes up normal them slows wwaayyy down then speeds up again. took the panel off and sprayed wd-40 on the felt stuff and kinda worked. got another idea?

you have a regulator problem, not a motor problem bill..........and short of replacign it, WD is your best option.....

You dont actually drill the holes in the door panel, you take the panel off and drill the holes in the inside of the door skin....in hte metal. there are "dimples" htere for where to drill. it is designed his way. the superduties are not hte same as the OBS truck, you dont have to drill to replace the motor...
