Cleaning Heater/Air-conditioner Ducts - Tips needed
Does anyone have any cool tricks for cleaning out heater/air-condition ducts.
My 1996 F350 has a lot of stuff caked in on the inside of the vent ducts. I was able to clean the two on the driver's side to some degree today while I had my dash cluster gauge repaired. Hate to blow air with high pressure air hose at risk of blowing the seams apart in the ducts. Thanks in advance. |

I'd try cotton swabs and some of that ac duct cleaning spray.

I've always used a cleaner followed by air. My detail shop here in Tulsa has a spray now that supposedly you can spray on and leave, not sure how well it works though.

Thanks for your input. Did just that yesterday. Used AC cleaner plus another round of special disinfectant. Truck smells great now.
