Bolts protruding from front of rear seats?

There are a set of torque bit bolts sticking out of the front of my rear seats right behind my center console. Is there supposed to be something there? If so what is it? Thanks!

There are a couple of screws about 6 inches apart where the cup holders go on my 99. They are centered on the front of the base just below the cushion.

Yep that is exactly where they are located. That is what I though it was for. Thanks StoneGuy.

They are for the goofy plastic rear seat cupholder on the crewcabs. It was just in the way on mine so I never had it in there (I did give it to they guy that bought the truck though). Cheers!

Not only do I have the cup holder in the rear but I bought a second one on eBay to put in the same location in the front. You can never have enough cup holders! I also can't count how many times I've spilled a large drink from the way too shallow 40/20/40 front console cup holders.
