Fuel Filter light

My fuel filter light and water in fuel light came on after the truck sat in the driveway over the weekend, I changed the fuel filter and both lights are still on.

Could it be the sensor maybe???

Did you drain the water off the fuel filter housing?

sensors may be dirty?
did you drive it or just let it idle for a while?
might be a possible fuel restriction... FPR screen dirty, etc?
