No floor heat only window vents???

So the other day get in my truck turn floor heater and nothing... The air is only coming out of the window vents now both the heat and ac. I checked the vac lines and replace both actuators under hood and dash but still no heat. Anyone have an idea as to what it may be? Any help would be warmly welcomed!

There is a small vac line that runs across the AC tank by the blower motor, when mine stopped working there was a hole worn in that line that I had missed while looking. Check that small vac line really well

I have replaced both the white line that goes to the acutator and also the black line that T's with the main vac. line. I am kinda wanting to think it may be my vac pump that is slowly dieing. i mean it is the orig. and has close to 300k

Your brakes would be gone if it were the vac pump

I have replaced my vacuum pump 3 times. My heater controls did the same as your describing then power brakes went shortly after. The brakes still work but you gotta stomp on em.

finally got it fixed. Found out that it was a vac line on the dash control. One of the vac nipples was cracked in half replaced it and now my toes are warm again.
