Is there any modification needed to install the SD seats into an OBS? I am really interested in doing this.

I STRONGLY suggest hunting down a set of 1st Gen Lightning seats. They mount to the same frame as our 40/20/40's. They are a lot more comfrotable and hold up to a lot of abuse due to the heavy tweed fabric. The rarity makes them pricey... expect to pay $500-$1000 for a clean full set.
