Need new door panels

My door panels are shot and I am looking for a new pair. The arm rests are cracked from the rubber to the vinyl on the driver and passenger doors and the plastic holes that hold the sill rubber has broken off. I have looked on the internet for a company that makes replacements but have not found one. Any suggestions where I might find a replacement pair? Thanks in advance...

LMC truck or a junkyard. I don't believe year one cares any of the truck stuff.
