Power window motor replaced but still a major issue ???

i recently replaced the motor on my right passenger door window. it works now, but "bumps" up and "bumps" down. in other words, it does not raise and lower smoothly. and even locks up if i roll it all the way down. what did i do wrong?!?
please help...

Sounds like its binding up. Did you lube the tracks and moving parts? Disconect the motor and move the window up and down by hand see it it still binds. You can also adjust the guide tracks a little bit may be to tight or to loose causing the window to twist a little in the track
