behind rear seat storage?

I have a 1996 F250 crew. I want to buy or build a lockable storage space behind the rear seat to store rifles and other valuables. Does anyone have any ideas?

The 96 doesn't even have enough room under the rear seat for my hand.

I have seen some somewhere but I can't remeber where, but they are out there, it had shelves on one side and a lockable storage box on the other.

I saw one of those. I may have to build what I want. I want to store a scoped rifle and extra magazines behind the rear seat. Obviously I need to keep it locked up. I have a small safe for my pistol, but when I go to the range I would like to be able to stop and eat ect.. without fear of theft.

If you have a short rifle, then the Dee Zee behind the seat storage box will hold it. You can add a locking door.
