dodge seats?

Hi My front seast are shot in my obs f250 and i cant find a decent set any where... ive hear of replacing them with seats out of a mid 90's dodge but you have to modify the the ford frames to mount the dodge seats on... has any one here done this? and if so how hard of a mod is it?
