What is the high idle/valet option for?

What are the high idle and valet modes for on TS chips?

1997 F250 4x4 auto CC SB 143k basically stock for the next month or two.

1997 Toyota Land Cruiser with supercharger, snorkel, 35's, F & R ARB diff locks, dual batt system, 2.5 gal air tank w/quick connects front and rear for tools, Cobra CB, 40 gal extra gas tank (68+ gal total), 12000lb Warn winch on ARB bumper, heat exchanger to heat water for washing, etc......

High Idle- Increases idle RPM to 1200-1500
* used to prevent wet taking on long periods of idle or
* to warm the engine a bit faster

Valet- I believe is used for letting the truck idle, and whenever the brake is depressed to beepbeepbeepbeep into gear it kills the motor an anti-theft type thing

Thats right, so when someone is driving your truck, they can't drive it over a set speed. Parking attendants--brother etc.

Only the High Idle is available for the 94 - 97s. The Super Dutys can have the Valet and Anti Theft along with the High Idle.

well ive got a 00 and ive got the high idle with my TS chip. it bumps the idle up to 1200
