New CPS won't start? where is the ICP located? any help or ideas are much appreciated

Within the last week I've put in all brand new glow plugs, 2 new batteries, new CPS, TPS, and it'll crank but won't start? Any suggestions? I'm thinking ICP sensor, I've heard unplugging it resets it to default, but I can't find it, if you have a picture of where it is, that would be really awesome, thank you!

The pic is from a super duty but they are very similar. It's on the drivers side head towards the front
