New Diesel Owner

Picked up a new OBS about a month ago. Only changes I've made is new shoes and a toolbox. I dont have any experience with diesels but I love tinkering with things. 237,500 on the clock

Heres what Ive found on the truck:
- Taylor Air Filter
- Downpipe and exhaust with muffler. The exhaust is rotted at about the last 6 in.
- Pillar guages

So what do you guys think you would do to it? I am just looking for some ideas. The next thing I need to do is have a body shop check out the rust on the fender in the picture or experiment with how to weld

I agree, I know there is rust underneath on all the fenders. On a working mans budget that can be a bit daunting. Its also pop riveted in a few spots which annoys me
