Fuel tank sending unit broke

My fuel tank sending unit hard lines rotted I found out why I couldnt get fuel. I need help on what part to get I'm not paying 440 from lmc. I heard people use a gas one for the truck some one please help or tell me what sending unit to get.

Is the unit itself bad or just the lines? I am not familiar at all with your model truck, but fuel line is fuel line as long as it is rated for diesel. You can call your dealer or IH and they can tell you for sure what you need.

the hard lines that are part of the unit they have a hole in them.

Did you plug your info in? If so and it says it will fit then it should work Year Make Model Fuel Type. Good luck with the fix too. It sucks for our trucks to be down

I never even drove this truck I sold my daily driver and got this home and once I got into it, it was more work than I ever expected.

Beans Diesel Sump

or similar

the one from amazon will work. i don't know if the two tanks use the same sender unit or not.
