8inch lift with track bar issue

Hey guys, I have a 1996 f350 cclb, 8inch suspension lift with 3inch body lift on 41s with a KP dana 60 front differential. The track bar mount on the driver side frame keeps breaking off and I'm wondering if I even need to run it or if i need to find a better welder to get this issue resolved.

Not a 4x4 guy but am a MillSmith. For that much lift you are putting a lot of side load on the track bar and no wonder that it keeps ripping itself off. To do it right it needs to be braced all the way across to the other side. So mount the track bar where it goes and then bolt in a bracket on the passenger frame in the same place. weld bracing from the right to the left side. Triangle brace the cross member you just made to the drop arm of the track bar.
