Not a 4x4 guy but am a MillSmith. For that much lift you are putting a lot of side load on the track bar and no wonder that it keeps ripping itself off. To do it right it needs to be braced all the way across to the other side. So mount the track bar where it goes and then bolt in a bracket on the passenger frame in the same place. weld bracing from the right to the left side. Triangle brace the cross member you just made to the drop arm of the track bar.
