Help with clutch

I just spoke to PO and asked him what clutch was in the 95 f350 with ZF5 and he said he installed a Southbend and has stock flywheel with single disc. He said the whine or noise I am hearing is the "Input shaft bearing". Does anyone know if this is something i should just change out or should I get a new clutch and change out the stock flywheel. i have been looking into the clutch kits that eliminate the stock flywheel to a single and if so what do you recommend and has worked well. The truck now has rebuilt motor 100,000, baby swamps, TS 6 pos and AB intake. It runs great a little noisy but the clutch is loud when in gear or in nuetral running till i put clutch in. I have changed fluid to the Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF and didn't seem to do much except maybe help with cleaner shifts still loud whine. thanks
