Baby swamps and ts with custom tunes from swamps

I bought a set of baby swamps and a custom tune chip from swamps, I currently have a swamps hvhf idm and new valve covers, valve cover gaskets, injector pigtails, and a freshly rebuilt turbo with a ww2 in it, I have stock intake stock exhaust, no gauges, I plan on getting all thy done pretty soon as well my question is, is if I'm running there "economy setting" or the "light tow setting" am I going to have to worry about EGT's or is it best to keep it on the stock setting until I get it all in there, my other question is, with my truck having a lot of idle hours but low miles, with all this upgraded power what are some other things that I need to look at doing in this truck, it is a 5 speed with a vlair HD single disk clutch.
Thanks.
Steven.
