Can anyone tell me what kind of bed this......

I bought this truck not to long ago and wanting to get rid of this bed. I have the truck full of fuel and all my essentials that stay in the truck and it is running about 8500#s. I don't know anything about this bed minus the fact that it is HEAVY! I tow a heavy 5er and want to lighten the load a bit. If anyone could help me out i would greatly appreciate it.

Well if KBB is correct they say that the curb weight is 5171 so minus my extra stuff in the truck i would say about 3200 to 3300#s. I dont mind the look but dont like the weight.

I'd say western hauler too, not cheap by any means tho, if you sell it you should be able to buy an oem bed for about half of what that should fetch

I was getting the because i tow a 29' toy hauler 5er that is pushing the limits and wanted to make sure i stayed within means. It towed it mediocre at best, i had a 96 250 that towed it better and was lifted with 35s on it. But i recently found out that the turbo fins are bent on the truck gonna get that rebuilt and see if that fixes my issues. If i cant sell it i might be going to the recycling place.

They're smoking something at KBB. CCLB weighs a LOT more than 5200 lb. An F250 RC 4x4 truck weighs about 6000. A CCLB 4x4 with a dually conversion (or vice-versa) would have to be closer to 7000. So that thing weighs maybe 1000-1500 lb more than the factory bed.
