Van turbo vs truck turbo

I just took a turbo from a 97 e350 and a 95 f350. Opposite of what everyone has been saying, they are the same. Same a/r on compressor and exhaust side, same looking wheels, neither wastegated, shapes, angles, etc. I thought they were different? Thanks for any feedback.
