Bilstein 4600's vs. 5150's

I've done a fair amount of research on here as well as alluded to this question, but just haven't received an answer to my question. I've even seen it asked before without any real good responses. So here I go:

1996 F350, stock ride height
Bilstein 4600's are spec'd for it. 5150's are shown as being needed for lifted trucks. I've seen posts/pictures of people who have installed the 5150's on stock height trucks.

Are the 5150's a better suit for the stock height OBS F350 4x4 vs. the 4600's?

Maybe give Cary Towry @ CT Performance a call (775-835-3569 8am to 5pm Pacific time M-Sat). I'm sure he can give you the answers you seek. Cheers!
