I just went aftermarket for my rear bumper complete with brackets and hardware for 340.00 I am in the bodyshop business so I did get a discount .The front should be a bit cheaper I would think .
Try locally since they tend to weigh a bit or try Rockauto.com for some ideas on costs .These bumpers fit 92 -96 F150,F250,and F350 plus Broncos .
Try Craigslist too ,you never know .

MD is one of the hardest inspections in the country. Doubt the foam will work.

You care if it's chrome or black?

Why is a rusted bumper a safety concern ? Or is about money ?

i wouldn't say one of i would say the hardest. can't have rust holes in the body either. don't know why it would be a safety issue

Yeah, there were two small rust hole above rear fender and till I can replace them and fix these correctly I may have to go the foam route so there are no open rust holes in the panel, they are pretty small, I see is common. I will be looking for a bed someday when I can afford it but for now I just need to get truck thru inspection. I use to know a nice guy who was reasonable about inspections but he is gone moved far away. Thanks
