Exclamation New To diesel

basically I want to know what to do and what not to do to my 7.3... it has 206k miles manual 5 speed. got it from an older gentleman he's used it to go to work in the winter and farm work in the summer( hauling hay trailers) drives really good cruise control works, cruise smooth down the highway. Should i chip it or not and What do I get out of adding a chip and is a straight pipe necessary or just for sound.

Im getting it threw payments to farmer with labor and cash for about four to five thousand.

Ford makes it international shakes it

Chip adds performance, straight pipe removes restrictions, you should get gauges before a chip however, and most get boost and egt for stick shift rigs, keep egt's below 1250* and you should be good
