Somewhat erratic idle

Have been having this strange random surging of idle in my OBS for awhile, been trying to track the source for awhile with no avail. Ive done new ford blue cps, rebuilt the ipr, 99% new fuel system(e-fuel) although it did it before i converted as well, tons of other stuff. It does this hot, cold, rain, shine, snowing, etc. It does seem a bit tiny more noticeable when its hot but not much.

I have a feeling i may need some new sticks soon, 250k+ on the odo(supposedly less according to PO but you know how that goes) most likely factory still

heres a video sorry for the quality its done on my crappy phone

My 95' does the same thing. New cps, fuel pump, baby swamps with swamps tune. Have 238,000 on odo. I've wondered the same. I've chalked it up as nature of the beast. No big deal just little annoying when paying attention to it.

Theres no way it came from the factory like that, people would have been complaining left and right that their brand new diesel truck has a strange idle. Its something thats just getting old im pretty sure of that because occasionally it will kick up for a few seconds and the idle sounds great like its supposed to but then goes back down a few rpms and sounds less smooth.

Im thinking injectors as well because if i come off the throttle after revving it kinda bogs down before it gets back back to idle. But i wanted to get a few other stories of similar situations and subsequent solutions
