95 7.3 4x4 ZF5 trans swap help

I am buying a 65 7.3 with a ZF5 in it which has a servo problem going into 2nd gear when moving. I am thinking about my options on what to do since this is my 1st OBS diesel, i had gas F250 / 350's but never owned diesel so very excited. I am wondering if I should rebuild what I have, get remanufactured ( if so from who) or swapping to a ZF6 is this easy or too much problem for the extra gear? Anyones help please let me know. thank you

I would get it rebuilt. Its not worth swapping to a zf6 the final drive is almost the same between the two thr 6 speed just has a lower 1st gear

lower 1st gear dang!

Don't even use 1st in the ZF5 unless your working it, can start off in 2nd don't need any lower for my needs. Thanks for the help, I hope it's not too complicated I may try this one myself 1st. I don't have anyone local i trust with rebuilding trans around here, I will start to ask around though.
