Latest and Greatest

alright guys i just picked up 95 regular cab with 59,000 original miles with a Firm ZF-5. It was a Kentucky State Plow truck. What ever they friggin use in that state for road treatments in the winter, is some potent stuff. The frames rotted and has a huge patch job on it, and the cabs so rotted its about to fall off. I have a 96 f250HD gasjob, automatic that im gonna take out and replace with the 7.3 and the ZF-5. So my question is really about installing the manual components into a truck that has auto wiring and the clutch.i know im goin to switch the instrument panel out too. Has anyone ever done this before or am i just crazy? Thanks

You will need the diesel core support to go with the radiator, along with

Trans cross member
Rear driveshaft if same body style
ALL engine wiring and Trans wiring
Steering column or all pieces needed
Instrument panel and dash bezel with diesel WAIT TO START cluster
Possibly engine cross member depending on what engine you had or drill new holes for engine mounts
Exhaust
Not sure on fuel lines and selector valve
I'm sure I'm forgetting something
