Banks intercooler Vs Superduty

I have a Banks intercooler and a aluminum Super Duty intercooler. Does anyone know which one will flow the most air and cool the best?
I plan adding more power to my 95 than my 96 so I would like to use the better one for it.

Thanks

From what I've read and seen the banks is very much like the sd (6.0) cooler, but if you have the 7.3 IC then banks wins hands down, and if it's a 6.0 cooler banks wins in high boost hands down (the 6.0 one has plastic end caps)

Use the banks either way for the more powerful rig
