Question I bought a used hypertech...

I bought a used hypertech power programmer III. I put it on stage 3 and am pleased with it, since it only cost me $100. But, I contacted hypertech about the specifics of the programmer. They told me that it was only a 30hp and 45ft/lb increase on stage 3! That seems awful low for a diesel programmer. Am I wrong? Has anyone had any experience with the same product?

1996 F250 CC SB ZF5 4WD

2011 F150 CC 2wd with V6 Eco-boost
factory twin turbo and intercooler, 365 hp and 420 ft/lb torque

Well, thanks for the help anyway. The guy I bought it from said that he bought just last december. Didn't think it was that old. Guess he could've bought it second hand also. Oh well, I guess 100 bucks ain't too bad for 30hp.
