I would love to do an OBS with a 6.4 or the 6.7 But I don't have the time and way to many projects in the way. I've got to start staying out of this thread I'm starting to want another OBS but only I only want a CC LB

Ideally I want a 10 foot dump. The truck has a 14 foot flatbed. Frame needs shortened 4 feet to be a useful dump truck. Plus it needs to be able to turn. As of now. It needs a football field to turn.

And I wish I had 6500 lol

And the trans has no 3rd gear at all. So need to look into that. Have a good trans here. Just needs the guts swapped!

why not just make the flat bed a dump body and make removable sides like a landscaping dump body

Keep an eye on the "white crap." Could be an oil cooler or head gasket issue. How long had the truck been sitting?

Come on bill... u got to have some insight for new technology. Once deleted, studded, and dpf removed. They are a awesome motors.

I have no problem with the 6.4, BUT if I could find a 08-10 with a blown or gasser motor for the right price I'd be all over it like a fat kid on a bowl of candy.

that wouldnt be a bad deal... in MD there is no way to re title the truck with a diesel motor so it would be held to gas emissions every 2 years which it would fail...kinda sucks
