got a 97' 7.3L batteries have 13.78 volts. Glowplug relay has 6.72 relay bad????

i picked up 24 glow plugs motorcraft for a penny a piece when autozone was discontinuing them... i like motorcrafts

I recently posted a thread like this and was told motorcraft was the best. I have heard those autolites are likely to swell and get stuck more often

Hello Nick, Welcome to the ORG. Are you testing the voltage on the supply side of the relay? The one that has voltage all the time? If so you have a bad connection somewhere. Either at the relay or where the power wirr come from. If it has a good 12 volts on the supply side and you are only getting 6 out then yea the relay is bad. You say you are in Mansield.. Is this Texas? If so me too. JJ
