Lightbulb Performance Van

Alright.
So i just bought a 95 E-350 Powerstroke Van w/auto tranny. I am wanting some ideas on what to do with it. As far as performance. I want this thing to roal some coal and be pretty quick. So what are some performance mods i can do to it??? I want to get the best bang for my buck. And i want something thats not going to blow up with in the first 50 thousand miles. So give me some ideas.

Thanks.

Its not necessarily going to be a daily driver. it wont be everyday, but more like every other. and it might go on some road trips. So far on my list:

Intake - which if anyone knows of any, please let me know. There is no room under the hood. Otherwise i will have to mod my own........some how.

Straight piped 4 inch exhaust.

well..... you will be limited on what all you can do with a fan....

and i say this because it does not have an intercooler and its pretty impossible to put one in...

the customers i have done vans for we do TW chip, intake and straigth pipe their exhaust.... we also run a water/meth kit but put only water to try and cool down the egt's... and gauges as well....

problem is without the IC your egt's get hot and quick.... so your limited on how much HP you can put to it without doing a lot of harm.... but with the water injection you can cool it down up to 200 degrees... so its almost like having an IC...

If you dont want it to blow in 50,000 miles (or even 50) drop a Cummins in it. Itd be pretty cool to have a 12 or 11 second van. Can you say sleeper?

Has anyone tried to put an IC on one???? I know there is no room in there. But IC just needs air flow right???
