gpr q.where do the wires go

on the relay if only one small wire comes from the pcm to energize the relay,were does the other small one go? to a sensor maybe.ground?

The Black/Orange wire goes to +12. The Purple/Orange goes to the computer. The computer only sinks 12v, it doesn't source it.
