Does anyone recgonize this chip?

I just acquired this chip from my buddy, but he doesn't seem to know the brand of the chip, and I am reluctant to put it into my truck without knowing. He says he thinks it was a bully dog, but it sure doesn't look like one. It kind of looks like an ebay chip to me. Has anyone seen this before or know anything about it?

i think i seen that on E-bay too for $60.00 dont put it in.

Looks like an old bullydog chip.
