WOW!! you awake a very old (2008) thread. And I dont have the answer for your question

Edit: I have this in my records:

HPOP 17*
iH# 2589446c91 list price=770.34 fleet price (at least for my company)=328.68w/360core
Ford prices list 634.33,,jobber=507.46 part # F81Z-9A543-CRM, IH cheaper by far..

He said it is for all 7.3 94.5 and up with an engine serial # of 843990 and up. They don't list the 15* and 17* different like Ford does.

HPOP

Ford's HPOP p/n F18Z 9A543 CRM cross references to International's HPOP p/n 2589446c91. Although International says theirs is for 94.5 and up 7.3's. So this leads me to believe that International puts the 17* pump in all aplications. IH's pump is for engine S/N 843990 and up.

Dont quote in those prices at this time, OK?

Hopefully someone can verify my thoughts, but I think the 17* pump should be a drop in for engines with serial number 201681 and up. Cheers!
