Motorcraft are the best to go with and should not swell, as far as anything special, not really. Just pop the covers off and all the stuff you have to take off to remove the covers then pull off the wire on top of the glow plug, undo the glow plugs with a 10mm deep socket take em out and put em in and thats it

The Motorcraft GP's are made by Beru.

A semi-deep socket works better but a deep socket and then a piece of hose will also work.

Yea the hardest part is probably taking the old Glow plugs out because the deep socket will hit the rocker arm and you cant get the glow plug out because the socket hits the rocker arm. so you need to loosen it and then find a hose you can push onto the glow plug and unscrew the rest of the way because you cant get your fingers down there to unscrew it

It's super easy to do like the others said. The torque rating is 14 ft-lbs. for when you install the new ones.
